Disposition of Original Road Allowance - Roll 4-19-01901

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MUSKOKA LAKES

PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Muskoka Lakes proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that part of the original road allowance between Concessions 12 and 13, geographic Township of Medora, now Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 1 on Plan 35R-26945.

 The proposed by-law will come before the Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held electronically from the Council Chambers, at Port Carling, Ontario, pursuant to Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001, on the 17^th day of January, 2023 at the hour of one o’clock, in the afternoon.
