
Disposition of Original Shore Road Allowance - Roll 2-9-092
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MUSKOKA LAKES
PUBLIC NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Muskoka Lakes proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to:
a) close and sell part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 27, Concession 5, of the geographic Township of Watt, now in the Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 1 on Plan 35R-9333;
b) close part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 27, Concession 5, of the geographic Township of Watt, now in the Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 2 on Plan 35R-9333.
The proposed by-law will come before the Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held electronically from the Council Chambers, at Port Carling, Ontario, pursuant to Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001, on the 15th day of February, 2023, at the hour of one o’clock, in the afternoon.
