Disposition of Original Shore Road Allowance - Roll 9-14-037

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MUSKOKA LAKES

PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Muskoka Lakes proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to:

 a)     close and sell part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 32, Concession 13, geographic Township of Monck, now Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Parts 5 and 6 on Plan 35R-10822;

b)     close part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 32, Concession 13, geographic Township of Monck, now Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 7 on Plan 35R-10822. 

The proposed by-law will come before the Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held electronically from the Council Chambers, at Port Carling, Ontario, pursuant to Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001, on the 15^th day of December 2021, at the hour of one o’clock, in the afternoon.
