THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MUSKOKA LAKES
NOTICE OF DISPOSITION
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Muskoka Lakes proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 270(1)1. of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, to sell the surplus real property described as Part of Lot 74, Concession A, geographic Township of Humphrey, as in RO80796; S/T HU1804, now in the Township of Seguin, in the District of Parry Sound, in accordance with Township Council Policy C-LS-01 for the sale and other disposition of real property.
The proposed by-law will come before the Council for consideration at its regular meeting. This hybrid meeting is to be held from the Council Chambers, at Port Carling, Ontario, pursuant to Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001, 12th day of November, 2025 at the hour of one o’clock, in the afternoon. Written comments may be provided to the Clerk of the Municipality at the address below. (The Corporation of the Township of Seguin - 1028 Highway 141, Rosseau).
