• Review the 2026-2030 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan;
• Provide feedback on the proposed initiatives and opportunities;
• Share barriers experienced when accessing Township programs, services, facilities or information; and
• Identify other opportunities to improve accessibility in Muskoka Lakes, via engagemuskokalakes.ca

Water rescue training will be conducted at Windsor Park in Bala on July 4 to 5 and July 11 to 12, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and July 10 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Over the two weekends, residents and visitors can expect an increased presence of fire apparatuses and emergency personnel in and around this area. Members of the public are asked to stay clear of training areas and follow any posted signage or direction from on-site personnel.

New Rating (HIGH) – what this means:

• Daytime burning is prohibited, including all contractor fires
• All current open-air fire permits are suspended, and no new permits will be issued
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited, and any display firework permits are void
• Small, confined fires are permitted in the evening (6 p.m. until 8 a.m. the following morning) without a permit, use extreme caution with fires
