Request for Proposals – Professional Real Estate Services
The Township of Muskoka Lakes is inviting proposals from qualified proponents for the provision of Professional Real Estate Services.
The successful proponent will provide professional real estate services for all Township-owned properties on an as-needed basis over a three-year term. Services will include applying creative and strategic solutions to support and maximize the sale of Township-owned property.
Proponent Qualifications
To be considered, proponents must meet the following requirements:
- Be a licensed Real Estate Broker or Real Estate Sales Representative in good standing in the Province of Ontario
- Demonstrate experience in listing, selling, and leasing industrial, commercial, and residential properties
- Currently operate within the Township of Muskoka Lakes and possess knowledge of the local real estate market
