Special Planning Committee Meeting - November 25, 2025

A Special Planning Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., in a hybrid format from the Council Chambers, Municipal Office at 1 Bailey Street in Port Carling, Ontario. Zoom Meeting details are included below.

The Special Planning Committee Meeting is being held to discuss Zoning By-law Amendment Application (ZBA-22/23) and Official Plan Amendment Application (OPA-64) submitted to the Township of Muskoka Lakes by 2666940 Ontario Inc. and 2665556 Ontario Inc. to redevelop lands located within the Resort Village of Minett. Members of the public and other stakeholders are welcome to attend the meeting and no pre-registration is required. However, any presentation materials must be submitted to planning@muskokalakes.ca a minimum of 24 hours prior to the meeting and no hard copy circulation will be permitted at the table.
