To discuss Zoning By-law Amendment Application (ZBA-22/23) and Official Plan Amendment Application (OPA-64) submitted to the Township of Muskoka Lakes by 2666940 Ontario Inc. and 2665556 Ontario Inc. to redevelop lands located within the Resort Village of Minett.
Thank you to all who attended the Waterfront Area Zoning Open House on July 26. Feedback is still open via online survey until August 8. Your feedback is a valuable part of the Township’s ongoing Comprehensive Zoning By-law Update and will help inform future zoning policies related to waterfront properties.
