Notice of Proposed By-law to Acquire Property - Roll No. 6-6-069

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MUSKOKA LAKES

PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Muskoka Lakes proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 270(1)1. of the Municipal Act, 2001 to acquire that part of Lot 9, Plan M340,  Wood, now in the Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 2 on Plan 35R-8408.

The proposed by-law will come before the Council for consideration at its regular meeting. This hybrid meeting is to be held from the Council Chambers, at Port Carling, Ontario, pursuant to Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001, 16^th day of September, 2026 at the hour of one o’clock, in the afternoon. Written comments may be provided to the Clerk of the Municipality at the address below.  (Roll #6-6-069, 1010 Keeler Road, Torrance).
