Notice of Proposed By-law to Sell Original Shore Road Allowance - Roll 2-22-033

 

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MUSKOKA LAKES

PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Muskoka Lakes proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that part of Lot 11, Concession 13, geographic Township of Watt, now Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka designated as Part 3 on Plan 35R-28060 and part of the original road allowance between Lots 10 and 11, Concession 13, Township of Watt, now Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 4 on Plan 35R-28060. 

The proposed by-law will come before the Council for consideration at its regular meeting. This hybrid meeting is to be held from the Council Chambers, at Port Carling, Ontario, pursuant to Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001, 15th day of July,  2026 at the hour of one o’clock, in the afternoon. Written comments may be provided to the Clerk of the Municipality at the address below.  (PRYMAK,  Roll #2-22-033, 1558 Fish Hatchery Road, Unit #14).
