Notice of Proposed By-law to Sell Real Property - Roll 7-4-013

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MUSKOKA LAKES

PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Muskoka Lakes proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 270(1)1. of the Municipal Act, 2001 to sell Parcel 9088 Sec Muskoka; Part of Lot 32, Concession 7, geographic Township of Wood, as in LT17665 (Thirdly); S/T LT9854; S/T LT17665; now in the Township of Muskoka Lakes, in the District of Municipality of Muskoka.

The proposed by-law will come before the Council for consideration at its regular meeting. This hybrid meeting is to be held from the Council Chambers, at Port Carling, Ontario, pursuant to Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001, 15^th day of July, 2026 at the hour of one o’clock, in the afternoon.
