The administrative penalty amount indicated on the APN is due within 15 days from the date in which it was served. If payment is not received within 15 days of the date in which it was served, a late fee of $25.00 will be added to the penalty amount and the entire amount due will constitute a debt of the person to the Township and the full amount will be added to the tax roll of the applicable person/ property.
