How to Report a Concern

Citizens may report concerns in the following ways:

  1. Online using one of the online forms below for non-urgent concerns only.  
  2. In person at the Municipal Office - 1 Bailey Street in Port Carling
  3. Over the phone at 705-765-3156

If the problem you are reporting is an immediate threat to health and safety, and requires Police, Fire or Ambulance, please call 911.

Online forms are not monitored on evenings and weekends. If you have urgent after-hours concerns, please call 705-765-3156.
