1. Municipality: 4453 [Do not input these first 4 digits]
2. Jurisdiction: 3-digit number 
   • 010 - Cardwell 
   • 020 - Watt
   • 030 - Windermere
   • 040 - Medora North
   • 050 - Port Carling 
   • 060 - Medora and Wood
   • 070 - Bala 
   • 080 - Wood South
   • 090 - Monck
3. Roll Number: 12-digit number (including the period and last 4 zeros)

Access Code / PIN Number

• 6-digit number located above your Roll Number on your tax bill
