This shift aligns with the Township’s efforts to enhance the reliability and accessibility of its communications through digital channels. Mail distribution of planning notices have been discontinued.

22 and 28 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, Chapter P. 13, as amended.

To discuss Zoning By-law Amendment Application (ZBA-22/23) and Official Plan Amendment Application (OPA-64) submitted to the Township of Muskoka Lakes by 2666940 Ontario Inc. and 2665556 Ontario Inc. to redevelop lands located within the Resort Village of Minett.

Your feedback is a valuable part of the Township’s ongoing Comprehensive Zoning By-law Update and will help inform future zoning policies related to waterfront properties.
