Disposition of Original Shore Road Allowance - Roll 2-26-107
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MUSKOKA LAKES
PUBLIC NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Muskoka Lakes proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to
(a) close and sell that part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 27, Concession 13, geographic Township of Watt, now Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 1 on Plan 35R-27483; and
(b) close that part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 27, Concession 13, geographic Township of Watt now Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 2 on Plan 35R-27483.
The proposed by-law will come before the Council for consideration at its regular meeting. This hybrid meeting is to be held from the Council Chambers, at Port Carling, Ontario, pursuant to Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001, 11th day of September, 2024 at the hour of one o’clock, in the afternoon.
