Disposition of Original Road Allowance - Roll 9-14-034-01/032-02

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MUSKOKA LAKES

PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Muskoka Lakes proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell part of the original road allowance between the geographic Townships of Watt and Monck,  now in the Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Parts 2 and 3 on Plan 35R-26898.

 The proposed by-law will come before the Council for consideration at its regular meeting. This hybrid meeting is to be held from the Council Chambers, at Port Carling, Ontario, pursuant to Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001, on the 13^th day of September 2023, at the hour of one o’clock, in the afternoon.
