Community Paramedics in Muskoka continue to conduct testing for COVID-19 if you are COVID Asymptomatic
August 4, 2020 (Muskoka, ON) - Testing will be done at drive-through locations that are listed below in Muskoka on days and at times indicated below. You do NOT need an appointment to be tested at one of these drive-through locations. Drive-through wait times will vary depending on volumes.

MUSKOKA LAKES – On Friday, July 17, 2020 the Township of Muskoka Lakes officially enters stage three of its Framework for Reopening the Province. This includes permitting the reopening of all outdoor recreational amenities.
Accordingly, effective immediately, the Township will reopen the remaining permitted outdoor recreational amenities, such as outdoor playgrounds, play structures and equipment.

MUSKOKA LAKES – As part of the municipality’s continuing efforts to support the community, the Township of Muskoka Lakes Council approved a COVID-19 Community Relief Fund Program at their meeting on July 15, 2020.
The intent of the COVID-19 Community Relief Fund Program is to provide direct financial support to non-profit, community-based organizations that provide direct programs, services, events or activities that support community needs resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

MUSKOKA LAKES – To continue to stop the spread of Covid-19, and out of an abundance of caution, the Township has cancelled the 2020 Summer Swimming Program. The Township is working closely with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit and other community partners to monitor the global situation and respond accordingly.
